determine what he's afraid of.
If hes afraid of the dark, take out the light in the closet, and lock him in it.
Spiders, use your imagination.
That details tons of stuff in itself.
If he loves to do something, take whatever it is, hide it, and tell him you broke it/sold it/etc.
