Rubyclaw's watch (feel free to interject)

Rubyclaw sat in front of the cavern's hole. She looked at the stars shining faintly above her. " wouldn't it be nice if the stars moved?" she murrmered to her self, thinking. The night could use some exitment. As it was, she could here every movement in the cave and the mountians around them.
" Wake up, bad dragons! Wake-y wake-y! Every dragon who's naughty-naughty!" she called softly in a sing-song voice. " You'll run in fright from me! you don't want to come here later, when I'm really awake!" she paused, " 'Cause then I'll get you! I'll get you Bad!" far a way, a blurry shape took off, flying twards the moon. "ha!" she hissed delightedly.
Rubyclaw bent her head to groom her wings. As she noticed her scales on the underside of her wings were a bit dry, which caused dullness, a voice hissed, form in the cave, " Sh!"
Rubyclaw hissed back, and opened her wings. She then moved so that her body was facing the wind, and it moicened the underside of her wings.
The night was too calm.

The figure that Rubyclaw had seen in the distance was the power hungry Branch of Broken Willow, the dragon left in charger while Blazing Crystal was gone. A keen flyer, she quickly reached the cavern and alighted on the ledge outside the large cave next to the other dragon. "Up so late?" She asked, sneering at Rubyclaw. In the gloom, it just looked like a plesant smile or grin, but it had more to it than just that,

Rubyclaw looked at her. " I couldn't sleep, and the night was much to calm for good." She said. THEn she smiled. " actully, I was hoping for a dumb eagle to fly by. I'm hungry."

Willow snorted. "Your a battler. If your really so hungry, go snatch yourself some kill off the pile." She said, grinning and pointing with her tail to the pile of kill on the cave floor. Deciding not to leave this dragon alone, she turned around and looked up at the stars. "Nice night ain't it?" She said.

" yes." rubyclaw agreed. " you must be tiered. Why don't go in? I'll stay out here a bit longer." SHe shivered. " I'm fine."

ic: Willow shook her head. "I'm not tired, although you might be." She said, already expecting a sharp retort. Fanning her wings out, she flapped them slightly. "I think I'll be off." She said, although it wasn't the complete truth. Flapping more, she elegantly took off into the night like a silent shadow. Spiraling upwards, she found a place on the other side of the canyon where she couldn't be seen but could see the cavern clearly.
