Swiftwind landed on the ruby, her claws trying to grab a old on the smooth surface. She spead her black and red wings; she hated sliping and prefered to hover. She'd patroled the territory already, and this was her favoite spot to rest.
Taking a deep breath, she blew out fire, wishing she could make it dance around her or NOT go streaght out in front of her. Swiftwing settled on to the now-warm bright red rock. She felt its warmth travel up her legs, it gave her an odd sensation of floating. "hmm." she whispered happily.

Rubyclaw was on the mend, almost completely recovered from her injury's. Red scales glinting in the sun light, she sl ithered over the ruby. The giant gem stone was starting to change, becomeing more and more like a rose as the years past. Rubyclaw was proud that she had helped so much, although she missed patroling the borders.

Swiftwind Looked up as Rubyclaw approched. "hi!" she called. " You want to join me?" As she spoke she blew more flames, these super hot and blue, onto the ruby around her. Swiftwind laughed happly; she loved tao make her flames go blue!
ooc: it just occured to me that you have a cara named rubyclaw and I have a chara named rubyclaw.

Rubyclaw got the message and slithered over the smooth gen until she reached her group mate. "Hello there." She said in her smooth voice. She was an atractive dragon, and usually enjoyed attention, but she could also be snappy and hotheaded at time.

Rubyclaw shrugged, streatching out on an almost complete petal. "I've been better..." She said, remembering her last patrol. "I haven't been out of Cinder Cone in ages!" She added, turning on to her back and basking in the sun.

Rubyclaw giggled. She was quite aware of the dangers of FireGroup territory, and had spent a lot of time with the older dragons when she was a fledgling. Although she was proud of being a battler, some older dragons teased her about how much better they had been in their younger years.

oooc: o k. sorry. i know for next time. ya know how i used to be on neopets (horrid site for rping but, anyway)? the person how controled where i rped had a rule. (caroline murry being that person) if your going for more than 5min, your chara must leave too.

OCC: Well, it was a chat thing, where we had one board, and you would go back and forth and would have 100s of messages in 30 minutes... Its not like you could pick back up later.
