THERE IS A RAPIST IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD!!!
I mean it... and EVERY time my parents are gone... HE COMES! AND DOES CRAZY THINGS...
I need help. Post advice or something I can do about him (I don't care if their exaggerated!)
