BurningAmber admired her glistening scales as he flew about 3 wings away from her. He checked himself out a couple times, seeing his scales were not nearly as beautiful as hers. Then he relized, Why am I, checking out, HER?!?!? he thought, now becoming a little freaked, he dropped back a couple more feet to think.

Darksecret soon spotted a young doe hopping prancing through the vegetation below her. With the skill of a hunter, the speed of a flyer, and the ferocity of a battler, she swooped down on her prey, looping about to keep it in sight. As she turned in the air, she spotted BurningAmber behind her, and wondered why he was still following her. Closing in on her prey, she hovered silently over it before dropping down and killing it with a quick swipe of her large claw. Picking it up, she glanced behind her again to see the other dragon falling back a bit farther.

BurningAmber didn't acknolege they prey that she had caught, he just kept speaking to himself. "Why? Why? WHY?!?!?! Why can't I fall inlove with a dragon that LIKES me back?" He almost yelled the "like" part aloud. His wings flapped violently as he struggled to deal with his problum, at least he thought it was one.

Darksecret was paying attention, and heard BurningAmber quite clearly. Twitching her ear as a signal that she had heard, she launched herself back into the sky, stopping to hover high above the male dragon. "Great!" She cursed under her breath. For some reason, she felt something new. Pity.

BurningAmber hurled himself up to her at tremendus speed. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean it like that, from whatever you heard." He looked back down, now feeling a tad ashamed. "But I really do think I love you." He whispered, almost already wincing at the pain she would bring to him. He knew alot about her, only knowing her for about 2 hours.

Darksecrets new feeling was something odd to her, and it was distracting her so much she barely heard BurningAmbers words. Coming back to her senses, she snarled at the dragon in front of her. "Why? Bo one has ever even looked at me as a beautiful creature and I know someone for a day and they take a liking in me? WHY?" She hissed, although she wasn't really upset with him.

BurningAmber shook his head. "You know? If you just acted a little decent every once in a while, I and alot of others would be chasing you! You have a great personality under all that dirt and youare one of the most beautiful creatures I have seen since I was an egg! All you have to do is believe it!" He said, his eyes were large, and he heart thudded with anticiation. Now, instead of flapping, he was glidding through the air like a razor blade. "I do love you."

Darksecret shook her head, tears starting to roll down her face. "No!" She said quietly. This would ruin her life as she knew it. What would they say about her now? Her life had always been a lonely one, and although company wouldn't be to bad, everyone knew her as the worst creature in EarthGroup, and one that wouldn't change. Gliding down after BurningAmber, she came up in front of him. "If you want me to love you back, your going to have to earn it." She said.

BurningAmber shook his head. "You either do or you don't. I would accept a no, but I would like a yes. I will only"try" to earn it if you would at least try it my way, too. If you become nicer to others, I'll TRY to earn it" He said, his smile turned crouked.

Darksecret snarled again, although she thought of his words. "I will say no more! IF you want me, you WILL try. If not, then just let me go back to my lonely, rumor ridden life." She said, without a hiss or a snarl. She didn't really want to be alone, but she wasn't going to tell HIM that!

OOC: WHO will she tell then?!?!?!?!?!?! Maybe she could meet Falling Rain at thr border and shelets everything out on him...then....she starts to like him, but she inlove with this dude! *tat was thery*

Darksecret saw the spin, and thought it was quite elegant. "You don't have to do anything crazy stupid. But I don't know you very much. If you want to know, I go out every day around this time." She added, giggling slightly. When she caught herself giggling, she stopped immediately. It sounded beautiful, and she noticed that she hadn't laughed for fun since she was a hatchling playing.

BurningAmber smiled. "Well, at least you giggled. That counts for something. And, don't get to amused, I do this all day, every dayt. It's my passion." He said, giving a chuckle. He did another spin, but this time at the end he twisted down to the ground and flew upside down with his spikes almost skimming the dirt, then he twisted the right way, aand an inch away from a tree, he flew strait up to DarkSecret.

Darksecret watched in awe. Having been good at battle when she was a hatchling, she had never practiced her flying as much. "Your good... Why aren't you a flyer?" She asked after a while. Her old snappy habits were leaving her, although she was sure they would return as soon as she was around other dragons.

BurningAmber's smile quickly faded. "Well, I just...stopped. Other Hatchlings made fun of me and said I was a girl for showing my passion, I still love to do it, and try not to stoop down to their levels." He said, gliding again through the air like a hot knife through butter. "I thought being a Hunter gave more service to the Group, and my mother and father were both Hunters." He said, staring at DarkSecret for a while, he thought about what would happen if she started to like him.
