Vigil

[Draconic History]

"I was actually thinking of jumping." Even so, Blood ran and threw himself into the river. "What is a yellow fish covered in spikes?"

[Stealthy]

Willow walked over to the edge of the stream and looked at the fish. "I didn't know those fish existed in a sream like this. It's what some dragons by the sea cll balloon fsh I guess." She said, having seen one only once before in her life. She was almost sure they were restricted to the sea, but this COULD be another kind of fish.

[Draconic History]

The fish was really a rock. Blood didn't realize this because of how the light was hitting it, and the moving water. Plus, it was actually shaped like a fish. Thinking the 'fish' might taste good, Blood shot his head into the shallow water and came up with the rock in his jaws. Not having yet realized it was a rock, he started to gnaw on it while walking out of the water. After a while, (and never having tasted blood from the 'fish') Blood spat out his catch and yelped, "It was a rock!"

[Stealthy]

Willow cuffed the little dragon softly. "To bad, it would have been a bit weird if it had been a fish though." She said, a big smile on her face. Having been a bit drowsy, she hadn't looked close enough to notice the "fish" for what it was.

Rubbing his head softly with his tail, Blood looked up at the slowly descending sun. "When do you think something exciting will actually happen?"

[Stealthy]

Willow sighed, looking down at Blood. "I can only tell you what I feel, and that is that the journeying dragons will bring excitement." She said, somehow knowing it was true. This wasn't such a hard thing for a dragon to know, for it wasn't everyday that all four groups did something together.

Blood sighed. "Well, I hope they return soon, because otherwise I'm going to get real bored real fast."
