Appearance: Her scales are white with a very light and almost unnoticable blue trim. Her skin is sky-blue, making it easier to blend in with the sky. Her eyes are the same light blue as the trim on her scales. She is very small.
Personality: She is very swift and stealthy. She loves doing her job and protecting her group. She is very loyal, kind and outgoing. Males adore her. SHe is completely flirtatious. She hates doing anything alone.
History: She was born in WaterGroup. Her mother died before she was born from an unknown disease. She did have a twin (separate egg) who died before birth because she was weak and the transfer between mothers was too long, and she needed heat. This transfer is also why Icystare is small. She grew up convinced that the other dragon was her mother, and when she was told about her real mother, it hit her pretty hard. She went into depression and her father supported her. Before she completely recovered, he died. She learned that you can't mourn the dead for too long, you have to move on.
