BurnFire landed in the caverns and yelled, "All dragons wishing to know of the council's decisions gather round this HighStone for a Group Meet!" He waited for his companion to get back as well to help him tell his story.

RubyRise had watched, with eager anticipation, as the dragon who had gone to the council returned. "BurnFire!" The fighter called out in greeting.

BurnFire dipped his head. "Where are the others?" He asked. He sounded older and more mature and yet had the same fledgling eyes. After a moment he sighed and began. "From now on our leaders and Healers shall be picked in the Crystal Caverns. Once every mooncycle our leaders shall pick a delegation of dragons to go to the Gems of Honor. Fleglings are paired with an adult dragon of each type and learn which best suits them. Two dragons from the strays, Softs, and groups shall join with the council. The current Leader/Healer delegation consists of... FURIOUS FLAMES and... myself BURNFIRE! I shall join the delegation after this meeting." BurnFirePaused for breath.

Rubyrise shrugged when the fledgling asked about the rest of FireGroup. "So your out leader now? What are leaders called? Masters?" The fighter asked, curiosity rising in her like a boiling lava stream.

"Not yet and they are masters, I could fail and not be picked. I'm only a flegling after all." BurnFire replied.

Rubyrise let the deep rumble that was the dragon equivalent of a purr rise from deep down in her warm belly. "Your the only one up to it." She replied nicely, glancing around for the other dragons.

"Thank you. I must go I have to deliver more messages. I haven't explained all the laws but I have waited too long." BurnFire replied. He then lifted off and vanished into the sky.

Rubyrise watched the young dragon go for the second time. "You better return soon! The dragons need guidance." The fighter called after him.
