Appearance: Thicklight is a heavyset fighter. His sunflower yellow body is quite large. His wings are short and wide. The dark scales darken when they approach the end of his head, tail, and extremities. In those areas, he is a very dark gold. Thicklight's eyes are a dull yellow-brown. The lightest shade of yellow is on the center of his chest. He has a short, but sharp horn growing on the tip of his snout. The horn is the bright white of ivory. He has one spot in the middle of his fore head directly between his eyes. The spot is the size of one his eyes and it is pure black.
Personality: Loving the feel of very hot ashes on his scales, Thicklight habitually maintains a bed of coals. He is trying to get used to having emotions once again, after living with them absent for more than sixty years. He likes to stalk upon the ground, unless he gets the feeling that he should be soaring through the air. He hates when people judge him by his looks or his habits. Sometimes, his own lightning quick mood changes startle himself. Whenever faced with a battle, he gives his opposition a chance to back down, because of his great experience with battles. Exercising daily to combat the effects of aging, he knows he is in the top physical condition to fight, yet tries not to flaunt his abilities. It is not in his nature to brag.
History: In his past, Thicklight has gone through many hardships. Seventy years ago, he began to act emotionally detached for many a situation he got into. This emotionless exterior started to melt some years ago. He does still treat some problems without emotion, yet it still gets through, more often than not. The spot of coal on his forehead is the result of being hit on the skull with a piece of molten debris many decades ago. He began to collect ashes from fires and maintaining the heat from them when he was only three years old. Some of the ashes on his bed are more than half a century old.
