Sky FLew after Rubyclaw as she Traveled deeper in to the whistling tunnel. He flaped his wings harder, RUbyclaw was getting to far ahead. THe tunnel was getting darker, and HE was losing sight of Rubyclaw in the mist.
" hurry up!" SHe called.
Sky brust into a cavern, with a tiny hole in the roof. the mist was elemitated. Most of the far wall was, however, in shadow. he looked around, not seeing RUbyclaw. " Rubyclaw?" he called. He'd never been here before.
Rubyclaw crouched infront of Sky, in the shadows. She waited until he was directly looking into the light before gently easing into the air, trying not to distrub the mists. As she approched him, she sliped under Sky's floating form. SHe travled down into the deepdepression of the floor. the bottom was in twillght. SHe focused on his shape abover her and leaped up, roaring as loud as she could.
Sky looked around in panic as a roar echoed around the room. Suddenly, a huge thing colided with him,nocking him over. "Wha-!"
He said as the thing shot upwards, twards the celing. He flew after it.
Rubyclaw Spead her wings as she reached the top. SHe spread her wings, letting the sun light shine and limuminate the tiny strips of red in her wing. she hovered for a seconed, then dived
Sky rose to meet Rubyclaw. 'why was rubyclaw attacking him?' he wondered. HE snapped at her as her legs tore on his hide. SH egrabbed her arms with his and pulled, trying to rip one off. Rubycalw tore her arm away, snarling. Her other arm slapped his face, and her claws tor off a scale. He kicked her, and his tale whipered her.
Rubyclaw tore at sky. He fights well, she thought, but he needs to be more aware and react better. She flew away, and then dove . Sky rose to meet her agian. She vered to the right as sky rised his claws. Rubyclaw slaped her tail on his face. Sky was stunned. She grabed his swinging tail with her teeth,and bit in. SHe used his tail to through him to the floor.
Sky spread his wings to slow his fall, and to try to turn over. Rubyclaw's entire wieght had been behind the throw, and she was bigger, with more weight and mass. HE managed to turn around, but sky was to near the ground. HE landed, about to push off, when Rubyclaw landed with her front paws on him.
" you need to be more aware First Star in Sky. Dragons do not just vanish. IN a place where you cannot see, use your wits. The mists move because of airflow. They have no mind of thier own. Sound should not stun you either. It tells you nothing." she heaved off of him.
Sky looked at her " yes, Rubyclaw." he said.
Rubyclaw looked at him " let's go. As it is, you're comming along fine." she added. With that Rubyclaw pushed off into the air, and headed back into the tunnel, Sky behind her.
